[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 코로나19 지역사회 확산방지 및 생활 속 거리두기 실천을 위하여 2022년도 지적재조사사업 주민설명회를 온라인으로 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 온라인 주민설명회는 동명2지구, 노학2·3·4지구의 지적재조사사업 추진목적 및 절차, 동의서 제출, 주민 협조사항 등을 담은 동영상을 자체 제작해 사업지구 토지소유자와 이해관계인을 대상으로 진행한다. 해당 영상은 유튜브 속초시 채널 및 속초시청 홈페이지 링크를 통해 시청할 수 있다고 했다. 

속초시에서는 온라인 주민설명회를 개최하는 사업지구 토지소유자를 대상으로 주민설명회 자료를 개별 통지했으며, 또한 온라인 주민설명회를 이용하기 어려운 토지소유자에게는 지적재조사 측량 시 현장에서 개별적으로 사업을 설명하고 의견도 청취해 토지소유자들의 불편함을 최소화할 방침이라고 했다.

속초시 관계자는 “지적재조사사업으로 인해 불부합지 해소는 물론  토지의 정형화로 인한 토지의 이용가치 상승 및 이웃 간 경계분쟁  해소 등 사회ㆍ경계적 비용이 절감되어 주민의 재산권 보호에 기여할 것”이라며,“지적재조사 사업이 원활하게 진행될수 있도록 토지소유자들의 적극적인 참여와 협조를 부탁드린다.”라고 말했다.
