의정부시 청소년 행복 주간은 청소년을 존중하는 사회분위기와 청소년 친화도시 기반 조성을 위하여 2020년 의정부시의회가 전국 최초로 조례를 제정하였고, 의정부시청소년재단이 올 해 처음 온・오프라인으로 행사를 진행 했다고 말했다.
