현장 방문지 결정은 시 홈페이지를 통한 시민 접수 또는 관련 부서 제안 및 시장 직접 선정의 방법을 통해 이루어질 예정이며 시는 추후 시 홈페이지에 행사 관련 시민 의견 수렴을 위한 게시판을 별도로 마련할 계획이다.
