[김현우 기자 = 동두천] 동두천시는 지난 1일, 박형덕 위원장을 비롯해 위원 7명이 참석한 가운데 하봉암지구 면적증가 필지의 조정금 결정을 위한 동두천시 지적재조사위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

지적재조사사업은 110여 년 전 일제강점기에 낙후된 기술로 만든 종이지적도를 최신의 측량 기술로 조사·측량하여 디지털지적으로 전환하는 국책사업으로 오는 2030년까지 연차적으로 추진된다.

이번 위원회에서는 2021년에 시작한 지적재조사 하봉암지구의 경계확정에 따른 면적증가 7필지에 대해 '지적재조사에 관한 특별법'의 조정금 산정기준을 적용하여 두 곳의 감정평가 기관에 의해 평가된 조정금을 심의·의결했으며, 결정된 조정금에 대해서는 토지소유자에게 통보 후 징수할 예정이다.

박형덕 동두천시장은 “이번 지적재조사사업 결과 하봉암동의 지적불부합지 해소는 물론 도해지적의 수치화로 인한 지적제도 선진화와 지적공부의 공신력 확보에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다”라고 밝혔다.
