[김현우 기자 = 동두천] 동두천시는 지난 1일, 시청 대회의실에서 12월 중 직원 월례조회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이 날, 월례조회는 표창 수상자와 유성민(동양대학교 학생) 명예시장 및 민원필수담당 직원을 제외한 전 직원이 참석했으며, 식전공연으로 정우상 자치행정국장이 오카리나 연주를 선보였다. 

박형덕 동두천시장은 '2022년 상반기 지방재정 신속집행 시군평가(행정안전부 주관)', '2022년 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회(인사혁신처 주관)',  '2022년 산사태 재해방지 우수사례 공모(산림청 주관)'에서 동두천시가 우수 및 장려기관으로 선정됨에 따라, 관련 부서장으로부터 기관표창을 봉납받았다. 

또한, 나눔문화확산 유공, 산림복지분야 발전 유공, 민원처리 유공에 대한 도지사 표창과 2022년 적십자회비 모금 유공에 대한 대한적십자사회장 표창을 유공 시민 및 공무원 15명에게 전수했다. 

아울러, 시정발전 유공, 복지사각지대 발굴 유공, 통합사례관리사업 유공 시민 및 공무원 12명과 2022년 모범공무원, 11월 중 열심히 일하는 공무원 7명에게 시장 표창을 수여하고 격려했다.

박형덕 시장은 훈시사항으로 2022년 상반기 지방재정 신속집행 시군평가, 2022년 적극행정 우수사례 경진대회, 2022년 산사태 재해방지 우수사례 공모에서 우수한 성적을 거둔 직원들의 노고를 치하했다.

또한 본격적인 겨울이 시작되는 12월을 맞이하여 동절기 시민불편사항 해소와 다중이용시설 안전관리에 소홀함이 없도록 세밀한 준비와 점검을 당부했으며, 2022년에 계획된 사업들이 차질없이 마무리될 수 있도록 내실 있는 실행계획을 수립하여 새로운 2023년의 시작을 준비해 줄 것을 강조했다.
