[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 11일까지 원주시는 2022년 1월 1일 기준 개별주택가격을 열람하고 의견서를 접수한다고 밝혔다.

이번 주택가격 열람은 오는 4월 29일 최종 결정·공시하기에 앞서 주택소유자와 이해관계인의 의견을 들어 적정하고 공정한 가격을 결정하기 위한 사전절차라고 했다.

시청 세무과 및 읍면동 행정복지센터를 방문해 열람하거나 부동산공시가격알리미 사이트를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 의견이 있으면 열람 기간 내 의견서를 제출하면 된다고 했다.

의견이 제출된 개별주택가격에 대해서는 재조사 및 검증과정을 거쳐 결과를 개별 통지하며, 원주시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 오는 4월 29일 개별주택가격을 최종 결정·공시한다고 했다.

한편, 국토교통부에서 산정·공시하는 공동주택가격(아파트·다세대·연립주택)은 오는 23일부터 열람 및 의견 제출할 수 있다고 전했다.

최인수 세무과장은 “개별주택가격은 재산세, 종합부동산세 등 각종 부동산 관련 조세의 부과 기준으로 활용되므로 시민 여러분의 많은 관심을 바란다.”라고 말했다.
