개별주택가격은 올해 1월 1일을 기준으로 토지와 건물을 포함한 표준주택가격 및 주택가격비준표 등에 의거 조사 후 산정한 가격이며, 양도소득세, 취득세, 건강보험료 산정기준 등 다양한 공공기관 업무 관련 자료로 활용되고, 대상은 이번 달 22일부터 공고한 포천시 관내 개별주택 총 1만7,067호라고 했다.

가격 열람은 포천시 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격 알리미, 포천시청 세정과 재산세팀과 각 읍면동 주민자치센터 민원실로 전화나 방문을 통해 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.

주택소유자 등은 가격 열람 시 용도지역이나 주 건물 구조 등 주택 특성이 같거나 가장 유사한 인근 주택의 가격과 균형을 이루고 있지 않은 경우, 적정한 가격을 제시해 개별(공동)주택가격 의견제출서를 제출하면 된다고 했다.
