[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시정부가 역점적으로 추진하고 있는 ‘선한 이웃 마을돌봄 프로젝트’ 내 지역특화사업이 행정안전부 주관 ‘2022년 주민생활현장의 공공서비스 연계강화 공모’에 선정됐다고 밝혔다.

특히 전국 기초 지방자치단체 중 유일하게 공모 1, 2 유형에 동시 선정되는 쾌거를 이뤘으며, 행정안전부 주민복지서비스개편추진단은 주민의 욕구 충족과 지역사회 문제 해결 및 공공서비스 간 연계·협력을 지원하기 위해 이번 공모를 추진했다고 했다.

지난해 12월 전국의 기초 지자체를 대상으로 공모를 했으며, 신청 지자체 중 시정부를 포함한 27개 지자체가 최종 대상지로 뽑혔고, 이번에 선정된 사업은 2개 분야 공모사업으로 ‘행복 동네, 더불어 벌말’과 ‘농촌형 지역사회 통합돌봄 전달체계 구축사업’이라고 했다.

공모 1유형(지역 중심 통합서비스 제공 분야)에 선정된 ‘행복 동네, 

더불어 벌말’은 석사동행정복지센터와 효자종합사회복지관이 주축이 되어지역의 선한 이웃들과 함께 지역의 1인 가구 사회적 지지체계를 마련하고 민관 통합서비스 제공을 위해 국비 2,500만원을 확보했다고 했다 

공모 2유형(돌봄조직 육성 분야)에 선정된 ‘농촌형 지역사회통합돌봄 전달체계 구축사업’은 신북읍·사북면·북산면행정복지센터와 소양강댐효나눔복지센터, 춘천별빛사회적협동조합이 주축이 되어 지역의 이웃복지사들과 함께 농촌 마을 어르신들의 돌봄 문제 해결을 위해 국비 4,000만원을 확보했다고 했다. 

시정부는 이번 공모사업을 선정으로 확보한 국비를 포함해 총 1억3,000만원의 사업비로 본 사업을 추진할 계획이라고 전했다. 

최명식 복지국장은 “이번 공모는 지역 중심 민관협력체계인 ‘춘천형 마을복지플랫폼’이 있었기에 선정이 가능했다” 라며 “앞으로도 시정부에서 최고의 가치로 추진하고 있는 ‘선한 이웃 마을돌봄 프로젝트’가 탄력을 받을 수 있도록 더욱더 노력하겠다”라고 말했다.
