[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 23일 오후 5시부터 7시까지 강릉시는 청소년들이 많이 찾는 유해업소 밀집지역인 유천동 일대를 중심으로 수능 후 거리상담 및 청소년유해업소에 대한 점검·단속 및 계도활동을 민·관 합동으로 실시한다고 밝혔다.

지난 19일 중앙동 일대에서 진행된 청소년 계도활동에 이어 이번 활동은 청소년 유관기관 홍보 및 정보제공, 청소년 대상 주류·담배 판매행위, 청소년 주류·담배 판매 금지표시 부착 의무위반 여부, 청소년의 출입·고용금지 준수 여부 단속, 유해환경 개선, 청소년 보호의식 확산, 신분확인 시스템 안내 계도활동 등을 진행한다고 했다.

또한 위기청소년의 조기발견, 유해업소 업주 및 시민들의 청소년 보호의식 확산을 위한 찾아가는 계도활동 실시하고 동시에 거리상담을 통해 흡연·음주·폭력·가출 등 위험에 노출된 청소년 일탈 행위 예방 및 가출청소년 보호를 위한 청소년쉼터 아웃리치를 3주간 실시할 예정이라고 했다.

이번 행사는 강릉시청, 강릉경찰서, 강원도강릉교육지원청, 유해환경감시단(강릉YWCA , 한국해양소년단 강원연맹), 강릉시청소년수련관, 강릉시청소년문화의집, 강릉시청소년상담복지센터, 강릉시청소년성문화센터, 강릉시여자단기청소년쉼터와 함께 진행한다고 전했다.
