1차 내부 평가 및 2차 외부 전문가 평가를 거쳐, 최종 ‘뚱이브라더스’의 「Relax free Donghae CITY」가 최우수, ‘신호등걸즈’의 「#동해시_태그」 및 ‘신봉석’씨의 「3분 순삭 동해시 랜선투어」가 각각 우수, 그 외 장려 2편과, 입선작 10편이 선정됐다고 했다.

동해시는 개인(팀)들의 우수한 작품이 많이 출품됨에 따라 당초 5편, 500만원이었던 시상을, 15편 700만원으로 확대했으며, 선정된 입선작들은 18일부터 시 공식 SNS를 통해 입선작부터 순차적으로 만나볼 수 있다.
