[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 27일 포천시 청소년교육문화센터 방과후아카데미 아름드리는 삼성이노베이션뮤지엄 연계 지원으로 진로탐색활동을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 진로탐색활동은 과학기술 및 전자산업사 강의를 시작으로 삼성이노베이션뮤지엄 임직원 멘토링과 메타버스 OX퀴즈 등을 통해 청소년에게 진로 탐색 기회와 폭넓은 정보를 제공했다고 전했다.

프로그램에 참가한 한 청소년은 “평소 생각해보지 못한 전자산업에 대해 강의와 멘토링을 통해 관심을 가지게 되었다.”라며 “직업에 대한 정보를 재직 중이신 직원분들에게 직접 들을 수 있어 좋은 경험이었다.”라고 말했다.

한편, 포천시 청소년교육문화센터 방과후아카데미는 방과후 돌봄이 필요한 청소년의 자립역량을 개발하고 성장을 지원하고 있는 국가정책사업으로, 포천시 청소년교육문화센터는 중학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 3개반, 포천청소년문화의집은 중학교 1~2학년을 대상으로 2개반을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
