간담회에는 포천지역 건축사회 소속 건축사와 인허가 담당공무원 등이 참석했다.간담회에 앞서 녹색건축과 무한돌봄 재능기부 활성화 유공으로 한민우, 한혜정 건축사, 포천시 건축문화 발전 및 지역사회 발전 유공으로 김봉훈, 김남웅, 심재동, 노경래 건축사에게 각각 도지사, 시장 표창장을 수여했다고 전했다. 

이어 포천지역 건축사회와 건우회(포천시청 건축직 모임)에서 포천시 미래인재 양성을 위한 800만 원의 장학기금(건축사회 500만 원, 건우회 300만 원)을 포천시교육재단에 전달했다고 했다.

간담회에서는 건축 인허가와 관련한 개정 법령 안내, 제도 개선방안 모색, 새로운 시책 발굴 등 품질 높은 인허가 서비스를 제공하고 상생 발전할 수 있는 장을 마련했고, 특히, 푸른숲 도시 조성을 위한 조경 식재 등 7대 주요시책과 공개공지 유지관리, 제9회 경기건축문화제 등 경기도 주요업무도 설명했다고 전했다.
