[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 여성친화도시 삼척시는 오는 11월 4일과 8일 이틀간 여성의 안심귀갓길을 위해  밤길취약지역에 대해 현장 모니터링을 추진한다.

여성안심귀갓길은 삼척경찰서와 협업하여 총 3개 구간▲교동택지 원룸 밀집 지역 ▲삼척캠퍼스 후문 원룸 지역 ▲청아중학교 인근~성북삼거리 방면을 지정해. 여성이 불안한 골목길에 시설개선을 통한 안전한 통행로를 확보하기 위한 것이다. 

한편, 시는 여성안심귀갓길을 2020년부터 지정하여 방범용CCTV 12대, 반사경 14대, 비상벨 3대, 로고젝터 5개소, 가로등·보안등 57개 등 방범 시설물을 설치하여 운영하고 있다.

이번 모니터링은 삼척시, 삼척경찰서, 여성친화도시 시민참여단이 함께 진행한다.
