[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 캠코(한국자산관리공사)는 지난 5일 부산국제금융센터(BIFC) 본사 47층 대회의실에서 한국부동산원과 ｢공공기관 간 데이터 공유․국민 부담 완화를 위한 업무협약｣을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 협약은 부동산 분야 전문기관인 양 기관의 부동산 관련 데이터를 상호 공유․활용함으로써, ‘디지털플랫폼정부’를 구현하고 국민의 재산권을 강화하는 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.

양 기관은 협약을 통해 부동산 시세정보 및 압류재산 매각정보 등 데이터 공유, 임차인 보호를 위한 공동 홍보 활동, 상호간 금융․부동산 지식 교육 수행에 적극 협력하기로 했다.

캠코는 협약을 통해 제공받은 한국부동산원의 ‘부동산테크’ 시세정보를 세무서 등 압류관서의 공매 의뢰 전 실익여부 분석에 활용할 계획이며, 이를 통해 캠코는 압류관서의 실익 없는 공매 의뢰를 줄여 체납자의 재산권 제약을 최소화할 것으로 기대하고 있다.

또한, 캠코는 지난 6월부터 임차인의 전세사기 피해를 예방하기 위해 ｢전세사기 예방 요령｣을 제작․배포하고, 공매물건 임차인을 보호하기 위해 ｢보증금 지키는 방법｣을 핸드북, 유튜브 동영상으로 공유하고 있다.

이에 더해, 언어 문제로 권리행사가 어려운 외국인 임차인을 위해 각종 공매서식 등을 망라한 안내자료를 영어․중국어․베트남어 등 3개국 언어로 제작하고 있다.

앞으로도 양 기관은 임차인을 보호하기 위한 방안도 함께 논의할 예정이다.

김귀수 캠코 가계지원본부장은 “한국부동산원 시세 정보는 캠코 업무 효율성 향상과 국민 부담 완화에 도움이 될 것“이라며, “앞으로도 유관기관과의 적극적인 교류․협력을 통해 정부 정책과제를 충실히 이행하고, 국민 모두가 행복한 사회가 될 수 있도록 공기업의 사회적 책임을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

한편, 캠코는 공매에 대한 이해를 높이고 입찰참여를 돕기 위해 분기별 ｢공매(압류재산) 트렌드 REPORT｣를 제작․배포하고 있으며, 지난 5일에는 올해 2분기에 진행된 압류재산 공매와 관련된 정보를 담고 있는 ｢제5호 공매(압류재산) 트렌드 REPORT｣를 게시*했다.
