[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4일 정선군자원봉사센터에서는 코로나19 장기화로 농촌 일손 부족 현상이 심화하고 있는 가운데 ‘노블레스 오블리주’와 함께하는 연합봉사활동의 일환으로 농촌일손 돕기를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

이날 농촌일손 돕기는 영농 초기 농업경영 활력을 위한 농촌일손 부족을 해결하고자 정선군자원봉사센터 주관으로 김근익 정선교육장, 조환근 정선소방서장, 강희철 농협 정선군지부장, 장기봉 정선군자원봉사센터 소장 등 지역 기관·사회단체장 및 자원봉사 단체가 참여한 가운데 북평면 사과 재배 농가를 방문해 사과 꽃따기 농촌일손 돕기를 실시했다고 했다.

이번 농촌일손 돕기는 노블레스 오블리주 봉사활동으로 지역의 기관·사회단체장들이 한자리에 모여 영농인력 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 농가들에게 조금이나마 도움을 주고자 구슬땀을 흘렸다고 전했다.

장기봉 정선군자원봉사센터 소장은 "코로나19 장기화 등으로 많은 농가들이 어려움을 겪고 있어 자봉사자분들의 지속적인 관심과 참여를 통해 지속적으로 농촌일손 돕기를 실시하겠다"고 말했다.
