지난 24일, 원주 오크밸리 리조트 컨벤션홀에서 열린 이번 대회에는 도내 문화관광해설사 133명, 관계공무원 19명을 포함한 252명이 참석했고, 김홍배 문화관광해설사는 양양의 ‘하조대 바우이야기’를 주제로 시연해 대상을 차지했다고 전했다.
