[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 17일 경기도의회 교육기획위원회 정윤경 위원장은 경기도교원단체총연합회로부터 감사패를 받았다고 전했다. 

경기도교원단체총연합회에서는 경기교육발전을 위한 정윤경 교육기획위원장의 열정적인 의정활동과 2021년 학교현장과 경기도교육청간 첨예한 갈등을 겪었던 4단계스쿨넷서비스사업 추진시 경기도의회 교육기획위원회의 역할이 그 어느 때 보다 중요했다며 감사의 의미로 이 자리를 마련했다고 밝혔다.

정윤경 위원장은 4단계스쿨넷서비스사업 추진시 발생한 갈등이 학교현장과 도교육청의 대립양상으로 번지면서 교육기획위원회 차원에서 사안을 살펴보고자 상임위 차원에서 조사위원회를 구성하여 학교현장의 목소리와 경기도교육청의 입장을 들어보는 자리를 마련했고, 문제해결의 권고안을 제시했고 경기도교육청도 권고안을 일부 수용하면서 현재 갈등이 해결되어 다행스럽다고 말했다.

또한, 교육기획위원회 위원장으로서 경기도교육청이 추진하는 다양한 교육정책이 학교현장 이해관계자들과 충분한 소통의 과정을 통해 이루어지길 바라며, 이해관계자 간 중재와 가교의 역할 필요시 교육기획위원회가 적극적인 역할을 할 것이라고 밝혔다. 

정 위원장은 앞으로 적극적 입법 활동과 다양한 정책을 건의하는 등 학생과 학부모, 교직원의 목소리를 정책에 반영하기 위한 현장중심의 의정활동을 펼쳐나가겠다며 소감을 전했다.
