보조금24 서비스는 현재 정부가 제공하는 복지서비스 300여 종을 한번에 확인할 수 있는 맞춤형 보조금 안내 서비스로, 지난 4월 말 온라인과 오프라인 서비스가 시작됐으며, 내년에는 6천여 개의 지자체 서비스를 찾아볼 수 있는 서비스로 확대될 예정이라고 했다.

서비스 신청은 온라인과 오프라인으로 신청이 가능하며, 온라인으로는 '정부24' 홈페이지 또는 앱을 통해 이용할 수 있고, 또한 온라인 이용이 어려운 경우 거주지 읍·면·동 행정복지센터를 방문해 신청할 수 있다고 했다.
