[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 9월 1일 의정부시 호원2동 복지지원과는 호원2동 체육회에서 호원2동 취약계층을 위한 명절선물세트 100개를 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

호원2동 체육회는 관내 환경정화 및 코로나19 방역 활동 등에 적극  참여하였으며, 다가오는 추석을 맞이하여 명절선물세트 100개를 지원하여 호원2동 마을 복지 증진을 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이날 호원2동 체육회에서 후원한 명절선물세트는 관내 복지시설 및 취약계층에 전달될 예정이라고 했다.

박성원 호원2동 체육회 회장은 “다가오는 한가위를 맞이하여 소외된 이웃들을 위한 이번 나눔이 조금이나마 위로가 되어 따뜻한 명절을 보내시면 좋겠다”고 밝혔다.

김학숙 호원2동 복지지원과장은 “어려운 이웃들에게 마음을 나눌 수 있는 기회가 마련되어 기쁘고, 물품과 함께 후원자의 따뜻한 마음까지 잘 전달하겠다”고 말했다.
