[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 포천시청소년상담복지센터는 여성가족부가 실시한 2021년 상반기 청소년전화1388 운영실태 모니터링 평가에서 100점 만점을 기록하며 전국 종합 1위를 차지했다고 밝혔다.

전국 238개 청소년상담복지센터를 대상으로 실시한 이번 모니터링 평가는 불시 동시다발적으로 진행하였으며, 포천시청소년상담복지센터는 문의 파악, 경청/호응태도, 설명력, 상담조치 및 적극성 등 총 10개의 영역에서 만점을 받아 수준 높은 전화 상담서비스를 제공하는 기관으로 인정받았다고 했다. 

1388청소년상담전화는 위기청소년의 사회안전망 관문 역할을 하고 있으며 365일 24시간 무료로 청소년들의 다양한 어려움에 대한 상담서비스를 제공하고 있다고 전했다.

포천시청소년상담복지센터 관계자는 “상담사의 역량을 지속적으로 강화하여 지역청소년의 건강한 성장을 지원하고, 청소년들이 언제든 편안하게 도움을 받을 수 있도록 청소년 상담과 복지증진을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
