[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 24일 포천시청소년상담복지센터는 열린 2021년 청소년상담자대회 청소년상담정책 공모전에서 단체부분 대상을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 

2021년 청소년상담자대회는 전국 235개센터의 청소년상담자 1천여 명이 참여한 가운데 온라인 생중계로 진행되었으며, 현장 중심으로 미래지향적인 청소년상담정책 개발과 제7차 청소년 기본계획 정책 제안 모색을 위해 마련됐다고 했다. 

이번 공모전은 개인과 단체부분으로 진행되었으며, 포천시청소년상담복지센터는 심사기준인 정책제안의 참신성, 현장 개선의 공헌도, 정책추진의 지속성, 현장 정책추진의 적절성에서 고득점을 받아 ‘대상’을 수상했다고 전했다. 

최후남 센터장은 “이번 대회에서 청소년상담자의 심리적 소진을 이해하고 낮은 회복탄력성을 극복하기 위한 방안을 제안했다.”라며 “앞으로도 다양한 정책 제안으로 상담자의 정체성 확립과 자긍심을 고취에 앞장서겠다.”고 밝혔다.
