[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 20일 포천시청소년상담복지센터는 서울 롯데월드타워와 아쿠아리움에서 2021년 솔리언 또래상담 동아리 2차 소진예방 프로그램을 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

솔리언 또래상담이란 청소년들이 가장 먼저 자신의 고민이나 문제를 털어놓는 대상이 또래 친구라는 점을 반영하여 만들어진 프로그램으로, 인간의 심리나 상담에 관심이 있는 친구들이 솔리언 또래상담 기본 교육을 이수하고 고민이 있는 친구에게 상담, 공감, 정서적 지지등의 도움을 주는 활동이라고 했다.

코로나19 예방을 위해 1차와 2차로 나눠 소수 인원으로, 마스크 착용과 체온 측정, 손 소독 등 방역수칙을 철저히 준수하며 진행했으며, 이번 소진예방 프로그램은 국내에서 가장 높은 롯데월드타워 전망대에서 서울시를 한눈에 보는 색다른 경험, 아쿠아리움에서는 다양한 해양동물을 관람할 수 있도록 구성했고, 이번 프로그램에 참여한 또래상담자는 “높은 건물에 올라와 서울을 구경할 수 있어 너무 좋은 경험이었다.”라고 소감을 말했다.

포천시청소년상담복지센터는 솔리언 또래상담사업 외 찾아가는 집단상담, 부모교육, 위기대처교육 ‘생명존중예방교육, 학교폭력예방교육, 하모니교육, 인권교육‘, 인터넷‧스마트폰 중독 예방 해소 사업, 아웃리치 등의 다양한 교육 프로그램을 운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
