[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10일 포천시청소년상담복지센터에서는 관내 청소년 학부모를 대상으로 ‘아이마음 더하기 부모마음(부모자녀 의사소통)’의 주제로 부모교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

지난해부터 코로나19 확산으로 인해 온라인 화상 강의 방식의 비대면 교육을 확대 운영하고 있다고 전했다. 

이번 교육에서는 ZOOM을 활용한 실시간 쌍방향 온라인 교육으로 이루어졌으며 강의는 ‘자신과 자녀에 대한 관점 전환하기’, ‘나와 자녀 알기’, ‘문제상황 해결 연습하기’, ‘건강한 미래 그리기’로 구성됐고, 강사가 실제로 경험한 자녀 양육에 관한 이야기를 공유하며 다양한 자료와 영상을 통해 의사소통 방식을 점검하고 부모-자녀 간의 건강하고 기능적인 대화를 할 수 있는 구체적인 방법을 교육했다고 했다.

교육에 참여한 학부모는 “자녀에 대한 관점을 전환하는 것이 쉬운 듯 어려웠다. 체험활동이 재미있었다.”라고 말했다. 또 다른 학부모는 “자녀와 더 많은 시간을 보내고 경청하며 소통하는 방법을 배우는 유익한 시간이었다.”라고 밝혔다.

포천시 관계자는 “앞으로도 자녀 양육에 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 진행할 예정이니 많은 관심과 참여를 바란다.”라고 말했다.
