[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 23일 GH는 ‘GH 임대주택 관리 표준안’을 마련하기 위한 간담회를 GH 본사에서 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

이날 간담회에는 한국주택관리산업연구원 박종두 원장, 한국주택관리협회 김철중 사무총장, 한국주택관리산업연구원 이성연 연구원 및 GH 15개 사업지구 관리소장들이 참석한 가운데, 주거서비스 발전과 임대주택 관리 표준안 마련을 위한 의견을 나눴다고 했다.  

간담회에서는 고객 서비스 접점에 있는 관리사무소 소장들이 임대아파트 관리운영 모범사례를 발표하고 관련 자료를 공유하며 임대주택 서비스 발전방향에 대한 의견을 나누었다고 했다. 

참석자들은 보다 나은 임대주택 관리서비스 기반을 구축하기 위하여 전문가 및 현장의견 청취, 주택관리 운영상 문제점 도출 및 개선, 임대주택 표준안 마련 등이 필요하다는데 입을 모았다고 전했다.

장동우 GH 주거사업본부장은 “GH만의 임대주택 관리 표준안을 모범적으로 만들어 주거문제 해결사로서 공사의 역할과 책임경영을 강화하겠다.” 고 말했다.
