[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 지난 30일부터 2일간 진행한 용인시 죽전동 소재 ‘용인죽전 경기행복주택’의 입주예정자 사전점검을 성황리에 마쳤다고 밝혔다.

사전점검은 아파트 준공 및 입주에 앞서 입주예정자가 직접 주택 내부 마감상태 등을 확인해 입주 전까지 보수를 완료함으로써 입주자의 불편사항이 없도록 사전 조치하는 제도이다. 

GH는 코로나19 확산방지를 위해 방문세대를 행사일별로 분산하고 비접촉 체온측정 및 세대 점검지 비대면 회수 등을 통해 방역수칙을 철저히 준수하면서 사전점검을 진행했다.

용인죽전 경기행복주택은 전용면적 17~36㎡, 총 85호 규모의 단지(지하1층~지상7층, 1개동)로 공동주방, 공동세탁실, 다목적실, 주민운동시설 등의 편의시설 및 커뮤니티 시설이 마련되어 입주민이 보다 편리하고 쾌적한 주거환경을 누릴 수 있도록 건설됐다. 

입주예정자는 대학생·신혼부부·고령자·주거급여수급자로 오는 29일부터 입주가 가능하다.

 GH 관계자는 “입주자들에게 고품격ㆍ고품질 주거서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 앞으로도 입주예정자 사전점검을 통한 개선사항 보완에 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다. 

한편, GH는 무주택 서민들의 주거안정화를 위해 분양주택, 통합공공임대(행복ㆍ국민ㆍ영구 주택 등) 및 공공임대(분양전환) 건설 사업 등을 추진하고 있다.
