[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 15일 가평군수 위수위원회가 가평군 6개 부서에 대한 업무보고를 청취하는 등 활발한 활동을 이어갔다. 

박창석·오구환 공동위원장을 포함한 14명의 인수위원들은 업무보고 3일째를 맞아 가평군 산림과(10:00~11:00), 건설과(11:00~12:00), 환경정책과(13:30~14:30), 자원순환과(14:30~15:15), 도시과(15:10~16:00), 교통과(16:00~16:40) 순으로 주요 업무보고 및 질의응답을 진행했다.

산림과 업무보고에서는 가평 잣 생산 감소, 소나무 재선충병 방제, 산 관련된 관광 인프라 구축, 산불 방지 대책, 산림 테마파크 조성, 가평 기후변화에 대한 대책 등이 현안으로 보고됐다.

건설과는 제2 경춘국도와 가평 외곽순환도로, 북한강 천년뱃길 조성 사업, 달전리 생태 하천 조서에 관한 보고가 이어졌다. 

환경정책과는 탄소중립 실천, 친환경 사업, 야생멧돼지 피해 방지 대책마련 등이 논의됐고, 자원순환과 순서에서는 생활폐기물 거점 배출시설 설치 및 관리, 생활폐기물 매립시설 및 소각시설 설치, 자원순환센터 설치 등에 대해 질의응답이 진행됐다.

도시과는 2040 가평 군기본계획 재수립, 성장관리계획 수립, 도시계획도로 개설사업, 신가평역 주변 개발을 위한 도시계획도로, 목동 근린공원 전망대 설치, 지구단위계획 구역 기반시설 설치, 관내 공동주택(아파트) 추진현황, 대규모 민간사업 추진 등을 보고했다.

가평공영버스터미널 조성 및 시내버스 공영제, 교통소외지역 주민 및 교통약자 교통편의 증대  등 현안 보고를 한 교통과를 끝으로 업무보고회를 마무리됐다. 

내일은 건축과, 허가민원과, 보건소, 기술기획과, 소득개발과, 평생교육사무소, 상수도사업소, 하수도사업소 등 총 8개 부서가 주요 업무가 있을 예정이다. 

서태원 당선인 후보시절 ‘가평군 스마트 7대 과제 및 12대 정책 공약’을 발표했다. 인수위는 서 당선인의 공약 이행과 가평군의 ‘백년대계 초석’을 다지기 위한 밑거름이 될 수 있도록 최선을 다하며 활발히 활동을 이어가고 있다.
