[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 14일부터 오는 4월 1일까지 3주간, 횡성군은 '2022년 기본형 공익직불제 비대면 간편 신청‧접수'를 받는다고 밝혔다. 

기본형 공익직불제는 농업 활동을 통해 환경보전, 농촌 공동체 유지, 먹거리 안전 등 공익기능을 증진하도록 농업인에게 보조금을 지원하는 제도로 소농직불금과 면적직불금으로 구성되어 있다고 전했다. 

신청 대상은 농업경영정보를 등록한 농업인 및 농업법인으로, 지난 2016~2019년 기간 중 쌀·밭·조건불리직불금을 1회 이상 정당하게 지급 받은 자, 기본직불금을 지급받은 자와 후계농, 전업농, 직전 3년 중 1년 이상 지급대상 농지 1천㎡이상에서 종사하는 농업인 등이며, 지급 대상 농지는 농어업경영체육성 및 지원에 관한 법률에 따라 등록된 농지로 지난 2017년 ~ 2019년까지 3년 중 1회 이상 쌀·밭·조건불리직불금을 정당하게 지급받은 농지라고 했다.

횡성군 관계자는 "올해부터 비대면 온라인 신청이 도입된 만큼 농업인의 편의성이 높아질 것으로 기대된다며", "전면 시행되는 준수사항을 직불금이 감액되지 않도록 농가에서는 성실히 이행해 줄 것"을 당부했다.
