이에 포천시는 비도시지역에서 지구단위계획 수립 시 합리적인 ‘공공기여시설 검토기준’을 마련해 민간사업자에 대한 특혜시비를 사전에 차단하고, 개발이익에 대한 공공환원을 추진한다는 방침을 밝혔다.
