청평5일장 상인회는 5일장만 다니는 상인회로 올해 코로나로 인해 휴장을 많이 했음에도 불구하고, 청평면을 위해 십시일반 모은 금액을 올해 처음 기탁하였고, 대표 박진원님은 “큰 금액은 아니지만 지역의 어려운 이웃에게 도움이 되었으면 좋겠다.”고 말했다. 

안동석 청평면장은 “잦은 휴장으로 소득 활동에 어려움이 있었는데도 불구하고 청평면에 애정과 관심을 가져주셔서 감사드리며 기탁해 주신 성금은 관내 저소득층 및 취약계층 등 복지사각지대에 있는 분들께 소중하게 사용하겠다.”고 전했다. 

이 날 기탁된 성금은 경기사회복지공동모금회를 통해 어려운 이웃에게 배분 될 예정이라고 했다.
