[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 2일 강원지역 버스노조 금강고속지부는 홍천군청을 방문, 어려운 이웃돕기 성금 500만원을 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

금강고속지부는 매년 12월 300여명의 조합원들이 뜻을 모아 어려운 이웃돕기 성금을 기탁하고 있으며, 기탁된 후원금은 강원도 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 지역 내 어려운 이웃을 위해 사용될 예정이라고 했다.

이재열 위원장은 “우리 단체의 기부를 시작으로 사랑의 온도탑이 100℃를 달성하기를 바란다”고 말했다.

허필홍 홍천군수는 “소외된 이웃들에게 온정을 전해준 금강고속지부에 감사드린다”며 “내년 1월 말까지 진행되는 캠페인 기간 동안 각계각층의 많은 동참으로 소외된 이웃들에게 따뜻함을 느끼는 시간이 되었으면 좋겠다”고 말했다.

한편 홍천군은 강원도 사회복지공동모금회와 지난 12월 1일부터 오는 2022년 1월 31일까지 62일 동안 ‘나눔, 모두를 위한 사회백신’이라는 슬로건 아래 ‘희망 2022나눔 캠페인’을 진행하고 있다고 했다.
