[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] GH는 지난 해 8월 준공한 성남판교 경기행복주택이 ‘2021 한국건축문화대상’ 공동주거 부문 본상(장관상)에 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 

국토교통부와 대한건축사협회가 공동 주최-주관하는 한국건축문화대상은 우리나라 건축문화 발전을 위해 매년 최고 건축물을 발굴해 시상하고 있다고 했다.

성남판교 경기행복주택은 이번 시상에서 ‘1인 주거용 공동주택의 새로운 가능성을 보여줬다’는 평을 받았다고 전했다.

성남판교 경기행복주택은 IT기업들이 판교에 둥지를 틀면서 IT기업 종사자와 업계에 몸담고자 하는 청년들을 위한 주거 공간으로 기획됐다고 했다.
