[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양군 현북면 북분리 마을이 2022년 강원도 기업형 새농촌 도약마을로 선정됐다고 밝혔다. 

이에 따라 지역 소득증대를 위한 도약마을사업을 추진하는 북분리는 도비 3억, 군비 2억 등 총 5억을 지원받아 관련법령에 따라 마을발전을 위한 기반시설사업 등을 추진한다.

현남면 북분리는 새농촌 추진 4년차로, 마을주민 소득 증대를 위하여 솔밭마을을 조성하고 마을주민 동아리 및 공동체 활성화를 추진할 계획이며 ‘푸른 바다 웃음이 넘치는 행복과 즐거움의 터전 솔밭마을’을 만든다는 목표로 캠핑장 내 솔밭마을 농특산물 판매장을 조성하고, 주민역량강화 푸른 바다 솔밭축제를 운영하는 등 매력 있고 가치 있는 공간으로 만들어갈 계획이다.

김일호 농정축산과장은 “잘사는 농촌, 활력 있는 농촌으로 만들기 위한 노력이 결실을 맺어 향후 마을발전의 초석이 될 것으로 기대한다.” 말했다.
