[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 14일, (재)의정부시평생학습원은 학교와 마을의 교육협력을 통한 학생중심의 평생교육활동을 지원하고자 ‘2022년 의정부 혁신교육지구 마을연계 교육’ 프로그램을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

의정부 혁신교육지구 마을연계 교육 프로그램은 지역의 우수한 교육자원을 발굴하여 학교 안과 밖에서의 균형적인 교육활동을 지원하는 혁신교육지구사업의 일환으로 학생들에게 다양한 체험형 프로그램을 제공한다고 전했다.

이번 교육 프로그램은 초등학생을 대상으로 자기만의 소중한 추억을 그림책으로 제작하여 출판하는 ‘그림동화 기억책 작가되기’와 독서놀이, 보드게임 등 특수학급 아동의 인지·행동발달 및 정서함양을 위한 놀이학습 기반의 ‘엄마품 돌봄교실’을 운영한다고 했다.

송원찬 평생학습원장은 “학교와 마을의 교육협력을 통한 혁신교육의  실현을 위해 학생의 학습공간을 지역으로 확대하고 다양한 특색교육을 발굴하여 학교 안과 밖에서의 균형적 활동이 가능한 교육인프라 구축을 위해 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
