[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 산림청 한국산림복지진흥원 소속기관인 국립횡성숲체원은 산림복지서비스이용권 및 통합문화이용권으로 이용할 수 있는 맞춤형 숲체험 패키지를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

이번 사업은 어떤 문화생활을 즐길지 고민하고 있는 이용권 소지자들에게 숲에서 힐링 체험을 해볼 수 있는 좋은 대안이 될 것으로 기대된다고 전했다.

산림 바우처 패키지 ‘포(For)레스트 하모니’는 당일형과 숙박형으로 운영되며, 미니 칼림바 만들기와 나무 조명 만들기 등 목공체험을 테마로 진행되며, 문화누리카드 패키지는 청소년·장애인 대상 맞춤형 산림교육 프로그램을 제공하고, 코로나로 인해 이동에 제약이 있는 취약계층을 대상으로 ‘찾아가는 산림복지서비스’도 함께 운영된다고 했다.

취약계층 청소년에게는 다양한 산림 진로 탐구와 미래 환경리더 양성을 위한 산림진로체험(13종)과 환경교육(8종)이, 시각·발달장애인 대상으로는 스트레스 저감 및 자아존중감 증진을 위한 프로그램이 진행되며, 산림바우처 또는 문화누리카드 소지자를 대상으로 운영되는 이번 맞춤형 숲체험 패키지는 올해 11월까지 운영되며, 국립횡성숲체원 누리집을 통해 접수할 수 있다고 전했다.

국립횡성숲체원 홍성현 원장은 “위드코로나 시대에 숲으로의 힐링 여행이 더욱 주목받을 것”이라면서 “문화누리카드와 산림바우처 발급 규모가 확대된 만큼 숲체원에서 더욱 많은 이용객이 산림복지서비스를 향유하고 가셨으면 한다”고 말했다.
