시는 지원사업 종합계획을 수립하여 작년 12월부터 지원희망단지를 접수한 결과 총 67개 단지에서 공동주택 환경개선을 위해 지원사업을 신청하여 그결과 60개 단지에 대하여 7억9천9백만 

 원을 지원하기로 심의·의결하였다고 했다.

강릉시 관계자는 “2007년부터 지원사업을 시행하여 총 500개 단지에 74억 원을 지원하여 주거환경 개선과 입주민의 삶의 질 향상에 기여하였다.”며“앞으로도 다양한 공동주택 지원을 통해 쾌적한 주거환경 조성과 입주민들 간의 소통·화합에 기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다할" 예정이라고 전했다.
