[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시는 2021년 4분기 소상공인 손실보상 신청이 3월 3일부터 온라인으로 시작되며, 이를 지원하기 위해 시청 지하 1층에 전담 창구를 설치·운영한다고 밝혔다.

지급 대상은 지난해 10월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 정부의 방역조치(영업시간 제한·시설인원 제한)를 이행하고 매출이 감소한 소상공인·소기업이며, 이번 분기부터 좌석 한 칸 띄우기, 면적당 인원수 제한 등의 조치를 이행한 사업체도 보상 대상에 추가됐다고 했다.

보상액은 국세청 과세자료를 기반으로 손실 규모에 비례해 분기별 최소 50만 원에서 최대 1억 원까지 맞춤형으로 지급될 예정이라고 전했다.

3월 3일부터 오는 7일까지는 온라인(소상공인 손실보상 홈페이지)으로 신청할 수 있으며 사업자등록번호 끝자리를 기준으로 5부제가 시행된다고 했다.

또한 신속보상 현장 방문 신청은 3월 10일부터 시청 지하 1층 전담 창구에서 할 수 있으며, 23일까지는 사업자등록번호 끝자리를 기준으로 2부제로 시행하고 이후에는 아무 때나 신청할 수 있다고 전했다.
