[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 1월 26일, 갑천면새마을부녀회와 지도자협의회는 설 명절을 맞아 명절이 더 외로운 이웃들을 위해 ‘사랑의 떡국떡 나눔’ 활동을 함께 펼쳤다고 밝혔다. 

갑천면새마을부녀회와 지도자협의회는 명절 전, 저마다 바쁜 일정을 뒤로하고 마을마다 위문이 필요한 대상을 직접 선정하여 총 85가구를 일일이 방문하여 위로하고 떡국떡을 전달하였다고 했다.   

도만조 갑천면장은“올해는 코로나로 인해 가족들도 오고 가기 힘든 명절이 될 것 같다. 이와 같은 나눔 활동이 더욱 풍성해져 갑천에 사는 외로운 이웃들이 조금이나마 따뜻한 명절이 되길 바란다.”고 전했다.
