[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양양문화원은 양양지역의 전통 문화유산의 계승·발전을 위해 2022년도 양양문화원 문화학교 수강생을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

모집 분야는 문화학교 17개 강좌 '한시, 한글서예(초․중급), 한문서예(초․중급), 사물놀이, 난타, 태평소, 민요, 한국화(초․중급), 민화, 수채화, 통기타, 색소폰, 양양600합창단, 인두화'가 있으며, 모집정원은 350명이고, 또 동아리 활동과 연계한 5개 과목도 모집한다고 했다.

특히, 양양의 역사 속 인물인 허억봉에 대한 선양사업의 일환으로 한국수력원자력(주)양양양수발전소에서 지원하는 대금 교실을 지난 2017년도부터 운영하고 있으며, 올해부터 운영되는 인두화(우드버닝)는 전통문화의 맥을 잇고자 새롭게 편성하여 진행한다고 전했다. 

수강생들의 눈높이에 맞는 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 일부 강좌는 초급반과 중급반으로 편성하여 새롭게 모집하고 교실을 정비하는 등 여러 가지 편의시설을 갖추고 있고, 문화학교 강좌 모집 기간은 오는 23일까지이며, 접수 방법은 문화원 홈페이지에 있는 양식을 다운받아 방문 접수로 신청할 수 있다고 했다.

개강식은 오는 3월 2일이며 코로나로19로 인해 교실별로 개강식을 진행하며, 강좌는 오는 3월부터 12월까지 운영된다고 전했다.
