[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 31일 포천시는 포천청소년문화의집 ‘청소년방과후아카데미 꿈터’와 포천시청소년교육문화센터 ‘청소년방과후아카데미 아름드리’가 상반기 지원협의회를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

지원협의회에서는 2022년 포천시 청소년방과후아카데미 사업계획 보고와 1분기 지역 연계 중심 사업 성과 보고, 2022년 추가 신입 청소년 선정 심의를 진행했다고 했다. 

지원협의회 참여 위원은 지원 협의 사항을 구체적으로 논의해 미래 사회의 주역으로 성장하는 청소년에게 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 지역연계 네트워크를 구축했다고 했다.

포천시 청소년방과후아카데미 관계자는 “청소년의 돌봄 공백 해소와 다양하고 전문적인 체험을 제공해 주시는 위원님들께 감사드린다. 포천시 미래 인재인 청소년이 건강하게 자랄 수 있도록 적극적으로 지원하겠다.”고 말했다. 

한편, ‘포천시 청소년방과후아카데미’는 여성가족부와 포천시가 방과 후 돌봄이 필요한 청소년의 역량을 개발하고 건강한 성장을 지원하는 국가정책지원 사업으로 포천시청소년교육문화센터와 포천청소년문화의집에서 중학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 5개 반을 운영하고 있으며, 포천시 관내 청소년이면 누구나 신청할 수 있다고 전했다.
