[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 11월 15일 경기도의회 교육기획위원회 정윤경 의원은 지난 11월 5일 교육지원청 감사로 시작한 경기도교육청에 대한 행정사무감사를 경기도교육청 남부청사에서 진행된 총괄 감사로 종료했다고 전했다.

정윤경 위원장은 총괄 행정사무감사에서 “경기도 제1부교육감 등 184명의 증인 및 참고인을 채택하여 경기도교육청 각 부서와 군포의왕교육지원청 등 13개 교육지원청, 경기도교육연수원 등 9개 직속기관을 대상으로 행정사무감사를 실시하였다”며, “대상 기관에 대한 교육 행정 운영의 적정성을 종합적으로 감사하면서 경기체육고등학교 학생들의 훈련환경 및 기숙사 운영, 학교 내 근무자들에 대한 차별적 처우로 인한 갈등 해소, 학교폭력 민원처리, 위기 학생 심리 상담 개선 대안을 구체적으로 제시하기 위해 관계자들을 참고인으로 채택하여 그 어느 해보다 현장의 목소리를 청취하고자 노력했다”고 밝혔다.

이어서, 정 위원장은 건강장애학생 학부모와 세 차례 정담회를 시행하면서 학부모님들로부터 요청받은 원격수업시스템 민간위탁기관 운영 해지와 국공립 건강장애학생을 위한 학교 설립에 대해 중증 건강장애 학생들이 이용할 수 있는 경기도 내 병원학교를 도립의료원들과 업무협약 체결, 경기도 공립 대안학교인 이천 새울학교나 추진 중에 있는 신나는 학교와 같이 건강장애학생들이 이용할 수 있도록 대안교육을 담당할 초·중등교사를 포함한 공립 원격 대안학교의 설립의 필요성을 제기했다고 했다.

특히, 정 위원장은 건강장애학생을 위한 원격 대안학교 설립을 위해 경기도교육연구원에서 연구용역을 통해 타당성 및 설립 방안 모색과 동시에 도교육청 내 TF팀 구성도 요청했다고 전했다.  

한편, 이번 행정사무감사에서는 최근 이슈화된 안양 모초등학교 교장의 교사 여자화장실 불법촬영, 안성교육지원청 시설직 공무원의 극단적 선택, 광명 모초등학교 교사에 의한 아동학대, 경기도교육연수원장과 관련한 강사 채용 특혜 등의 사건과 관련한 도교육청 차원의 적극적인 사후조치를 요구했다고 했다. 

그 외 기초 문해력 향상을 위한 문해교육의 필요성, 교육부보다 2년 앞서 시행되는 경기도 고교학점제, 교육공무직 등 비정규직 문제, 다문화학생 및 청소년 단체 지도교사 가산점 폐지, 중증장애인 생산품 구매 촉진, 원격교육 하에서의 기초학력 증진 방안 강구, 공유재산 임대 관련 신중 계약, 학업중단 학생을 위한 대안교육, 탄소중립 관련 학교 태양광 발전설비 설치 등 다양한 교육현장의 문제들이 행감에서 다뤄졌다고 했다.
