[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 23일 가평군의회는 본회장에서 제2차 본회의를 열고 조례안 10건, 동의안 2건 등 총 12건의 안건을 의결하고 3일간 열린 제299회 임시회를 마쳤다고 밝혔다. 

오늘 열린 제2차 본회의에서는 의원발의 조례안인 가평군 자원봉사활동 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안, 가평군 장애인·노인 등을 위한 보조기기 수리비용 지원 조례안과 가평군수가 제출한 가평군 두 자녀 이상 결혼·출생 감면에 관한 일괄개정조례안 등 조례안 8건, 가평문화원사 민간위탁 동의안 등 동의안 2건을 모두 원안 가결했다고 전했다.

가평군 자원봉사센터장 임기에 대한 단임과 연임을 두고 진통을 겪던 가평군 자원봉사활동 지원에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안은 원안가결됨으로서 앞으로 자원봉사센터장의 임기는 3년으로 연임할 수 없게 된다고 했다.

또한, 가평군수가 제출한 2021년도 제3차 수시분 가평군 공유재산 관리계획안은 예산결산특별위원회에서 보류결정됨에 따라 이날 본회의에 부의되지 못하고 예산결산특별위원회에 계류중에 있다고 했다.

임시회를 마치며 배영식 의장은 폐회사에서 “3년간 군민과 소통하며 군민의 기대에 부응하고자 노력해 왔지만 부족함도 많았다. 그럼에도 아낌없는 성원과 지지를 보내주신 군민 여러분께 감사드리며, 남은 1년 동안에도 군민의 행복과 가평군의 새로운 도약을 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.
