[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 23일 가평군은 내년 1월 가평군 고향사랑기부제의 시행을 앞두고 기부금 모금 및 운용에 관한 내용을 담은 조례안을 입법예고 했다고 전했다.​​​

고향사랑기부제를 통해 기부 희망자는 주민등록상 주소지를 제외한 지방자치단체에 연간 500만원 한도 내에서 기부할 수 있으며, 기부자는 10만원까지 전액 세액공제 혜택과 기부액의 30% 범위 이내에서 답례품을 제공받을 수 있다.

고향사랑기부제를 통해 지자체는 재정확보 및 지역경제 활성화를 도모할 수 있고 기부자는 애향심 고취 및 세액공제, 답례품 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

모금된 기부금은 문화예술사업, 보건증진, 사회 취약계층 군민지원, 청소년 육성·보호 사업 등 주민복리증진을 위한 사업 등에 사용된다.

가평군은 입법예고 기간을 거쳐 10월 군의회 임시회에 조례안을 제출할 예정이다. 또한 조례제정과 함께 관련 위원회 구성, 답례품 및 답례품 공급업체 선정 등 제도시행준비에 전념할 예정이다.
