[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군의회는 오늘 제299회 임시회를 열고 오는 23일까지 3일간의 회기에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.

이번 임시회에서는 강민숙 의원이 대표발의한 가평군 장애인·노인 등을 위한 보조기기 수리비용 지원 조례안과 집행부에서 제출한 2021년도 제3차 수시분 가평군 공유재산 관리계획안, 가평군 두 자녀 이상 결혼·출생 감면에 관한 일괄개정조례안 등 조례안 8건, 가평문화원사 민간위탁 동의안 등 동의안 2건을 포함하여 총 12건의 안건에 대하여 심사한다고 했다. 

임시회 첫날인 21일 제1차 본회의에서는 상정된 안건에 대한 제안설명을 듣고 질의·응답 등이 이루어 졌으며, 오는 23일 열리는 제2차 본회의에서 상정된 안건을 최종 의결할 예정이라고 전했다.

또한, 본회의 의사진행에 앞서 최정용 의원은 5분 자유발언을 통해  「규제가 있을때에만 적용되는 수도권 가평?」이라는 주제로 수도권에 포함된다는 이유로 우리군에도 사회적 거리두기 4단계가 적용됨에 따라 지역 소상공인들의 생계가 위협받고 있다며, 지역특성과 코로나19 확진자 발생 현황 등을 감안한 차별화된 수도권 지역의 사회적 거리두기를 적용할 것을 중앙부처에 강력히 건의했다고 했다.

한편 의장직무대행으로 오늘 임시회를 진행한 연만희 부의장은 개회사에서 코로나19 사회적 거리두기 4단계 적용으로 경영위기를 맞고 있는 자영업자 및 소상공인들의 손실에 정당한 보상이 이루어 질 수 있는 직접적이고 현실적인 대책이 마련될 수 있도록 가평군의회는 정부와 도, 그리고 집행부와 함께 노력해 나가겠다고 밝혔다.
