[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 6일 동두천시장애인종합복지관은 경기사회복지공동모금회의 2021년 코로나19시대 안전한 대면서비스를 위한‘SAFE-TACT’기반 복지환경 조성 지원사업에 선정되어 배분금 전달식을 가졌다고 밝혔다. 

기획사업으로 선정된 코로나19 복지사각지대 장애인의 서비스접근 확대를 위한 맞춤형‘안전한 접근’이행 서비스 C.I.S(Custom safe-tact Implement Service)사업은 코로나19가 장기화되면서 사회적 거리두기와 집합금지로 인해 복지대상자가 겪는 고립과 소외, 제한적 서비스 제공 등의 문제를 해결하기 위해 대상자 맞춤형 서비스를 안전하게 제공하는 사업이라고 했다.

2021년 6월부터 2022년 5월까지‘비대면 서비스의 활용 및 정보접근 강화를 위한 IT교육’,‘제한적 서비스지원 상황에서 재가장애인의 프로그램 욕구조사에 근거한 여가지원프로그램’,‘중증재가장애인의 위생 및 건강관리를 위한 건강관리프로그램’을 1:1 맞춤형 방문 프로그램으로 진행한다고 했다.

동두천시장애인종합복지관 윤대중 관장은 “방문형 여가·건강관리지원 프로그램을 통해 지역 장애인의 심리·사회적 소외감을 최소화하기 위한 다양한 형식의 서비스를 제공하고자 하며, 본 기획 사업을 계기로 동두천지역 장애인이 코로나19 상황에서도 폭넓은 복지서비스에 접근할 수 있는 발판을 마련하고자 한다”고 밝혔다.
