이번 후원자 및 자원봉사자를 위한 감사 행사는 코로나19 상황으로 인하여 방역지침과 감염병 예방을 위해 철저한 방역관리 후 복지관내에서 자원봉사단체장 및 후원자 대표들을 초대하여 소규모로 진행됐으며, 참여한 자원봉사단체장은 “작지만 알차게 구성하여 감동이 있는 자리였다”고 소감을 전했다.

본 행사에서는 자원봉사자와 후원자 한 명씩 선정해 인터뷰 기획영상을 제작·상영했으며, 2021년 성과보고를 통해 복지관 후원사업의 투명성을 제시하는 시간이 됐고, 또한 이날은 코로나19로 더욱 힘든 시기를 겪고 있는 지역 장애인들에게 따뜻한 동절기를 보낼 수 있도록 난방매트를 전달했으며, 특히 본 행사에 맞춰 지역장애인을 위해 동두천 소재 충효태권도에서 관원들이 함께 모은 라면 1,330봉을 후원하여 더불어 사는 지역사회 분위기를 조성했다고 했다.
