[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 오는 7월 30일까지 양주시는 통계청에서 주관하는 5년 주기의 경제총조사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.

경제총조사는 산업 전반의 구조와 분포에 관한 사항을 파악해 주요정책 수립, 학술연구 등의 기초자료로 활용되는 국가 기본통계조사라고 했다.

지역 내 사업체 16,000여 개를 대상으로 산업 규모 등을 고려해 전수조사와 표본조사를 병행하며 산업별 10종의 조사표를 활용해 13개 공통항목과 산업 분류별 최대 9개의 특성항목을 조사한다고 했다.

올해는 새로운 정책수요와 사회 변화상을 반영해 ‘디지털 플랫폼’과 ‘무인결제기기’, ‘배달판매 여부’ 등의 특성항목이 추가됐고, 이번 조사는 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 대면조사와 비대면 조사로 진행한다고 했다.

비대면 조사는 PC와 모바일을 통한 인터넷 조사로 7월 9일까지 진행하며 방문면접조사와 조사표 배부를 통한 조사는 7월 30일까지 실시하고, 인터넷 조사를 희망하는 사업체는 참여번호와 비밀번호를 부여받아 경제총조사 누리집으로 접속해 참여하면 된다고 했다.

인터넷 조사 미참여 사업체는 16일부터 조사원이 방문해 대면조사를 진행하며, 수집된 조사내용은 통계 목적으로만 사용되고 통계법 제33조에 의해 비밀이 엄격히 보호된다고 했다.
