[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 3월 6일까지 관내 종사자 1인 이상의 모든 사업체를 대상으로 ‘2022년 전국사업체조사’를 실시한다. 

통계청이 주관하고 각 지방자치단체가 시행하는 사업체조사는 매년 실시하는 국가통계조사로써 사업체명, 소재지, 종사자수, 조직형태 등 12개 항목을 조사한다고 했다.

조사대상은 2021년 12월 31일 기준 속초시에서 산업활동을 수행하고 있는 종사자 1인 이상의 모든 사업체로 약 12,203개 사업체가 해당된다고 했다. 

총 22명의 조사요원이 전화조사를 우선 실시하며, 전화조사 불가시 코로나19 방역지침을 준수한 가운데 마스크를 착용하고 손소독제를 휴대하여 사업장을 직접 방문해 조사를 진행하게 된다고 했다. 

조사 결과는 각종 정책 수립 및 지역개발계획을 위한 기초 자료로 활용되며, 이번 조사에 대한 잠정결과는 9월에, 최종 결과는 2022년 12월에 공표될 예정이라고 전했다. 

속초시 관계자는“코로나19로 조사가 어려울 것으로 예상되는 만큼 이번 사업체조사는 시민의 적극적인 협조가 필요하며, 조사 내용은 통계법 제33조(비밀의 보호)에 따라 철저하게 비밀이 보장되므로  정확한 조사가 이루어질 수 있도록 사업주 및 종사자들의 적극적인 협조를 당부드린다.”라고 말했다.
