[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 21일까지, 양양군이 수확기 유해야생동물 피해방지단원 40명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

군은 멧돼지, 고라니 등 유해야생동물로부터 농작물 피해를 막고 야생동물 관련 질병(ASF) 확산을 방지하기 위해 유해야생동물 피해방지단을 운영한다고 전했다.

신청자격은 관내 수렵협회에 소속된 자로 수렵면허 또는 총기소지허가를 취득한 후 5년 이상 경과하고, 5년 이내 유해야생동물 포획 실적이 있는 자이며, 또한 포획허가 신청일로부터 5년 이내에 ‘야생생물 보호 및 관리에 관한 법률’을 위반하여 처분을 받지 아니한 사람이어야 한다고 했다.
