[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군은 연일 코로나19 확산방지 및 자가격리자 관리 등 최일선에서 격무를 수행하는 직원들을 위해 소통의 장 마련 및 직원 심리상담 지원사업을 추진해 참여 직원 등으로부터 큰 호응을 얻고 있다고 전했다.

지난 2020년부터 코로나19바이러스의 확산 예방을 위한 점검, 확진자 접촉자 자가격리자 관리, 재택치료자 관리 등으로 연일 야근을 이어가는 보건소 뿐 아니라 본연의 업무이외에 추가 지원업무 등으로 심리적, 신체적으로 번아웃을 경험하는 직원이 늘고 있어 일선 공무원의 신체·심리적 건강상태가 더욱 염려스럽다고 했다.

가평군은 지난 2020년부터 직원 심리상담 지원을 위해 가평군청 제2청사 2층에 치료상담실 해움 뜨락을 조성하여 스트레스 관리, 업무부적응, 조직 내 갈등, 업무 환경 부적응 등 직장 내 갈등 뿐 아니라 개인의 가족갈등, 재정상태 등을 주기적으로 상담 받을 수 있는 환경을 조성하였고,  지난 2월 8일부터 입사한지 3년 이내의 8,9급 공무원을 대상으로 군수와의 소통의 날을 운영하고 있다고 전했다. 

오는 4월 12일까지 2개월여 간 본청, 사업소 및 직속기관, 읍·면 등 부서별로 매주 2회 실시 진행되는 이 간담회는 직원 애로 및 건의사항 청취를 통해 조직의 활성화를 도모하기 위해 마련되었고, 특히 단체장과의 직접 대면의 기회가 많지 않은 신규 공직자들과 소통할 수 있는 기회가 되고 있으며, 또한 매 2년마다 일률적으로 실시하던 건강검진비 지원을 건강보험공단과 격년으로 실시하여 매년 건강검진을 받을 수 있도록 하여 건강관리에도 소홀함이 없도록 하고 있다고 밝혔다.
