이번에는 자라섬 남도 꽃정원의 준비과정을 블로그를 통해 공유한다고 전했다.

가평내 유명한 벚꽃명소의 개화소식을 매일 공유하기위해 가평군 공식 블로그내 실시간 벚꽃개화소식을 게재하였고, 지난 3월 25일부터 마지막 벚꽃 개화명소인 상천 에덴 벚꽃길 개화소식을 끝으로 한달 간의 업데이트를 마친 '가평 벚꽃 명소 개화소식' 게시물의 누적 조회수가 35만회가 넘는 등 뜨거운 관심을 받았다고 했다.

현재 가평군은 오는 5월 28일 남도 꽃정원 개방을 위해 구슬땀을 흘리고 있으며, 꽃정원 정식개방 전후에도 자라섬 남도 출입은 가능하고, 가평군은 날씨 변화에 민감한 꽃의 개화시기에 맞춰 정식 개장기간을 조정할 수도 있다고 했다. 

군은 꽃정원이 만들어지는 과정을 블로그를 통해 소개하며 개화시기가 다른 봄꽃들의 개화소식과 함께 봄꽃정원의 모습을 공유할 예정이라고 전했다.

가평군 관계자는 “코로나 19로 힘들었던 시기에 남도의 꽃들에 따뜻한 위로를 받으셨던 많은 분들을 기억하며 다시 희망을 심고 있다.”며 “남도가 꽃섬으로 피어나는 과정을 함께 응원해 주시기 바란다”고 전했다.
